Product description
Regenerates the surface of outdoor wood that has turned gray due to natural weather processes, UV rays, bacteria and fungi. Dead wood components are removed from the wood and a hygienic deep cleaning is carried out to restore the original wood look.

All types of wood such as: bangkirai, douglas fir, oak, larch, robinia and teak
Use only on wooden surfaces. Color changes may occur with natural stone or metals.
Application

First remove loose dirt from the wood with water/cleaner.

Apply the product undiluted and over the entire area with a brush or cleaning cloth.

Leave on for approx. 15 to 30 minutes. Then scrub off the dissolved substances with a brush or cloth.

Finally wash off with water. If graying persists, repeat the process.

Can this product be used on softwood?
The Sten Shoonmaken Wood Freshener can be used on all types of wood. The wood should not be varnished, otherwise the product cannot penetrate the wood structure.
How long does the product protect against new graying?
The time until graying occurs again depends on the type of protection (varnish, glaze, impregnation). Untreated wood begins to turn gray again after just a few weeks. Protected wood (varnish, glaze, impregnation) usually withstands the effects of the weather for a few years until graying becomes visible. After graying, protect your wooden surface with Sten Shoonmaken wood nature protection HON110.
How much area can be cleaned with it?
Depending on the degree of dirt and type of wood, between 6 and 8 m² of area can be cleaned with one liter.
Is the product harmful to plants?
Sten Shoonmaken Wood Freshener attacks cellulose, so surrounding plants must be well protected. Also cover nearby metal or natural stone before use, otherwise color changes, roughening of the surfaces or corrosion will occur.
