Return
You can return goods ordered in our online shop as part of your statutory right of withdrawal. Return the packaged goods in full to the address shown on the return slip. You will find a return label in the shipping confirmation. Parcel goods are returned at your expense.
Exchange
Exchange or money back! When buying on site, you can either easily exchange your purchased (unused!) product within 14 days or make use of the money-back guarantee! You will get your money back in the form of the payment method you selected at the time of purchase. All you have to do is bring your unused product to our office.
Right of exchange without ifs and buts only applies to on-site purchases.
Return only if in perfect condition including original packaging and receipt.
The statutory right of cancellation in distance selling and the statutory claims for defects by the customer remain unaffected by this right of return. If the new product is more expensive than the returned product, the difference must be paid. If it is cheaper, the difference will be refunded.
